We are a family-run independent recruitment company based in Greater Manchester, recruiting for the residential sector in the North West of England.
Hello, my name is John Kirkham Herrera and I have worked in the residential recruitment market since 2015, setting up and developing the residential business of the last two companies I have worked in.
Wanting to take the best bits from the people I'd met in those businesses, I set up Herrera Homes in October 2019, an independent recruitment consultancy dedicated to Building the Best North West (and beyond) for the residential sector. With my wife Gina inspiring the name, she joined the business as an employee in 2021 and as a Director in 2022.
My account management and logistics background have helped to create what we think are our main strengths at Herrera Homes - listening to and identifying the needs of candidates and clients, being organised in our approach and doing what we say we'll do.
Our job satisfaction continues to derive from the relationships we build with both clients and candidates and the tangible results we see as that person settles into the company. This still remains the driver for our service in the residential sector and long may it continue.
