He said he’ll be giving you several opportunities to make you a better manager that you wouldn’t normally get at the big housebuilders. That’ll be exposure on the front-end elements of the build, footings, drainage, slab, super-structure etc. – obviously this will increase your overall knowledge.

But you’ll also be working on 1st, 2nd and final fixes plus handovers on plots that are being built well over 20 weeks on sites that are only taking off 20-25 a year.  This will give you the time to finish off a top quality property with many units having excellent standout features which regularly sell for half a million on complicated sites geographically - again this will enhance your build knowledge and give you exposure to retaining walls and split level properties.

And finally, you’ll also not be stuck on one site so you’ll learn off different managers over 2-3 sites (all within reach of each other).
