I have an Assistant Site Manager role in East Manchester with a family firm who like to cut out the red tape of other PLC’s and one who have a pipeline of work covering Greater Manchester over the next 5 years all covering the affordable sector. This site is a 40-unit apartment build (up to roof) and you’ll be joining a Site Manager who’s been in the business for over 5 years, he’s young, knowledgeable, runs a very tidy site and is happy to bring your experience to the fore (you’ll have minimum 1 year in management).

They operate and excellent Development Management system which reduces snagging issues as much as possible by using various computerised checks at the relevant stages of build and with all their sites being for Housing Associations, you’re not dealing with awkward customers anymore.
