An Assistant Site Manager is required in Welshpool to join an established team consisting of an experienced Project Manager and another Site Manager to complete a 12.2million pound extra care scheme in the area. This is to work for a business that has a trusted and award-winning name in the industry and one who offer a non-PLC approach. They are looking for you to take up a fixed term position of around 9 months+ and in return are looking to offer an excellent salary plus package and a quick start for the right person.
With a big focus on quality of build and a high specification of build, although this is a fixed term role for the remainder of the project (of which I will explain why if we take your application to the next stage), you’ll be joining an established team with a secured sub-contractor base for the duration of the build which is set to complete in Feb/Mar '24.
The company in question specialise in new build residential in partnership with local housing associations and registered providers so you’ll be helping to cost and build a brand new Extra Care scheme of which local residents will be given first choice
The business has an excellent reputation throughout the North West with a low turnover of staff compared to other large contractors - and that is for a reason – and if you think you’d like to be a part of all the above and more they are interviewing with immediate effect.
Summary:
Assistant Site Manager required for a minimum-9 month fixed term project in Welshpool
Ideally, they are looking for someone with 2 years’ experience + in contracting/residential with strong experience on Finishing and Internals.
A construction degree, HNC/HND or BTEC would also be looked upon fondly.
Excellent salary, package, prospects and working conditions available (£40,000 to £45,000)
