A leading open market housebuilder based in Warrington are looking to appoint a Customer Care Operative / Multi-Skilled Operative to boost their established Customer Care team and consolidate their business over the next 12 months - and with the pipeline of work they have it could be the perfect place for you to develop and proceed your career.
Based in Warrington, they build mid-to-high range open market houses all over the North West and have won Awards for their developments and the business, too. There’s several reasons that this is such a good opportunity and as the Multi-Skilled and Customer Care Operative coming into the company you’ll be working alongside an established Construction and Customer Care team, some of whom have been in the business several years, trusted sub-contractors and partners who again have a close relationship with the company, a pipeline of work that can potentially double their current capacity and a profitable business who are experiencing excellent sales of their homes – despite the issues of the last few months.
Additionally, they offer a competitive salary up to £32,000, a company van great salary package plus car allowance, health care, excellent pension contributions and sensible working hours. This could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. Please note this a permanent weekly paid role and requires you having your own tools.
