An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on social housing developments in the Wirral and West Cheshire has arisen. This will offer you the opportunity to work on two traditional build apartment schemes, one on the Wirral and one in Winsford, with the Wirral one a brand new development offering a continuation of work over four years in the area.
To be based with this main contractor in their Merseyside office, the company are hot on giving you flexibility in the role. They'd offer you a 50/50 split from working in the office and then either at home or on site and are quite strict on making sure you have that work/life balance.
They operate in the West Cheshire and Merseyside corridor so if you live here, you're guaranteed future sites within your reach - they have lots coming up over the next 18 months, too. And if you've got that main contractor experience working on residential schemes, you'd fit right in, as the Commercial Director and Head of Commercial have a proven track record working in similar positions with the same types of businesses in Merseyside.

Quantity Surveyor required in Merseyside Liverpool for a regional contractor who have 8 live sites.

Salary is up to £58,000 plus benefits and for the right person we can potentially negotiate.
