As a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager who specialises in new build affordable housing, you could do a lot worse than getting in touch with me for a brand-new scheme in Blackburn, due to start soon for which I’m recruiting for immediately.  After all, with all the madness going on in the new build world at the moment, who wouldn’t want to work for a family company who give you realistic targets based on sensible programmes, a simple chain of command between site and office and a strong emphasis on team environment – all of which allow you to build a bloody good house.

The site in question is a brand-new site in the Blackburn area - ideally, you’ll come from around there -and is 127 units in total so a good 3-4 years’ work.  It’ll consist of 70+ timber frame houses and 50+ traditional build apartments so you’ll have done both builds – either at a contractor or an open market builder – and you’ll be supported by a Site Manager (who’ll come on at the end of this year) and an Assistant Site Manager (who’ll come on in Spring 2023).

I’ve been working with these guys for about 5 years so I know for a fact they’re a company who are now getting an excellent name for themselves based on repeat business and one who can offer continuous work in the region for the next few years.  They build houses for local associations, old clients who’re coming back because of the quality and relationship they’re fostering and new clients who’re coming to them via word of mouth.
