An interesting opportunity in Crewe for a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to take charge of an ongoing site, albeit right at the start, to harness a busy programme of around 80 units a year over the next two years - all for a great salary of up to £60,000 for the right person. And why is this interesting?


The developer in question have a director in place who comes from a contractor background, so although these houses will be a mix of open market and affordable, he's looking for someone who can programme and organise alot of the sequencing for the site. Which is why we're looking at a Project Manager, someone who's probably worked on design and build but has a knowledge of open market housing, too.


The developer are not actually North West based but have built here before, not only on open market developments but on various apartment builds, so they are well known but this will be their first foray into the South Cheshire area as an affordable and open market housebuilder. And that's why they're prepared to pay you an excellent salary and give you the opportunity to build this from start to finish.

Summary:

  • Senior Site Manager/Project Manager required for split development in Crewe. 

  • This would suit a PM for a contractor who has knowledge of open market or a Senior Site Manager in open market stepping up and wanting more jurisdiction over his site

  • Salaries from £50,000 to £60,000 for the right person

  • Due to start immediately with around 2.5 years work.

  • Interviews to take place over the coming weeks
