One of the Northwest’s best established housebuild contractor’s is looking to add a SHEQ Advisor to their team to work with a highly respected Health and Safety Manager, allowing you to progress your career in a family firm who place an onus on getting things done without the red-tape you find in some larger firms.
A quickly growing business with some amazing flagship projects due to come online in 2024, you’d be working in the Greater Manchester region on sites ranging from 20 new build housing units up to around 120 – however, with some major regeneration projects on the horizon you’d have an opportunity to work on some truly transformational projects which range up to 300 units.
If you’ve run new build housing sites from start to finish but still want to learn off a Health and Safety Manager who’s got multiple years’ experience in this sector and others, this would be a great environment to get in to. They’ll offer lots of training plus a salary up to £40,000, car allowance package and a bonus scheme which covers all employees in the business. They've a track record for listening to their Health and Safety professionals' ideas and implementing them into the working culture and with the business growing year on year, there’s bound to be opportunities to progress your career, too.

Summary:
SHEQ Advisor with at least 2 years’ experience wanted for contractor in Manchester.
You'll have experience of new build housing and apartments in the social housing sector.
Ideally, you’ll have some sort of formal qualifications including NEBOSH, IOSH, ideally an Environmental qualification and knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 and 45001.
ASAP starts and interviews for the right candidate with a salary package up to £40,000.
