As the Technical Engineer/Coordinator joining this family business, you will be SOLELY working on this flagship project for the business, carrying out the usual Technical tasks on over 250 units (with 60% affordable for a major housing association) including overseeing and monitoring drawings and planning conditions and liaising with the local authorities and LABC.

However, the very interesting elements as an Engineer include the once-in-a-career opportunity to bring water and public access back to a large area of canal, working on the canal renovation and restoration in addition to design on the repair breach and new access bridge which will ultimately lead to negotiation with the canal specialists to connect with the new canal with the wider network – how often does that come along in a project?!
